Rules for the User of LA POMA BIKE PARK


Personal Safety:
Use of Protective Equipment: All users must wear appropriate protective equipment (helmets, knee pads, elbow pads, etc.) while practicing any sport.
Equipment Check: Before using the facilities, make sure your equipment (bike, skateboard, etc.) is in good condition.
Respect for the Facilities:
Infrastructure Care: Do not damage or modify the facilities in any way.
Proper Use: Use each area of the facility for its intended purpose (e.g., no bicycling in areas designated for skateboarding).
Coexistence and Respect:
Respect for Other Users: Show respect and consideration for other users of the facility. Avoid aggressive or dangerous behavior.
Right of Way: Respect the right of way and yield in busy areas.
Specific Rules of Use:
Hours of Use: Comply with the established schedules for the use of the facilities.
Delimited Areas: Stay within designated areas and do not invade restricted or maintenance areas.

Mandatory Use of Bracelet:
All visitors must wear the bracelet visibly on their wrist at all times while on the La Poma Bike Park premises.
Bracelet Presentation:
The bracelet must be presented to any La Poma staff member upon request. Failure to display the bracelet may result in consequences.

Consequences for Not Wearing the Bracelet:
If a visitor does not wear the bracelet or cannot present it when requested, he or she may be charged double the cost of admission.
Depending on the visitor's behavior and the situation, he or she may be expelled from the premises.
These rules ensure proper control and security within the park, ensuring that all visitors comply with the established requirements.

Cleaning and Environment:
Waste Management: Dispose of waste in appropriate containers. Do not litter in practice areas.
Care for the Environment: Respect the natural environment and avoid damaging local flora and fauna.
Conduct and Standards of Behavior:
Substance Prohibition: Do not consume alcohol, drugs or other illegal substances on the premises.
Rules of Conduct: Maintain sportsmanlike conduct, avoiding the use of offensive language or inappropriate behavior.
Specific Rules for Extreme Sports (applicable to a Bike Park):
Speed Control: Maintain a controlled speed appropriate to the skill level and track conditions.
Track Review: Check and familiarize yourself with the track before using it to avoid accidents.
Supervision of Minors: Minors must always be supervised by a responsible adult.
Liability and Insurance:
Assumption of Risk: Users must be aware of the risks associated with extreme sports and assume responsibility for any injury or damage.
Personal Insurance: It is recommended that users have insurance that covers sports accidents.


Emergency Rules:
Emergency Protocol: Know and follow emergency protocols in case of accident or incident. Find a STAFF member as quickly as possible .
Access to First Aid: Know where first aid equipment is located and how to use it.

 

Additional Rules:
Special Authorizations: Obtain any special permits or authorizations for unusual events or activities.
Standards Update: Stay up to date with any updates or changes to the facility's standards.
